Andrea O’Neill
Andrea O’Neill is a lifelong resident of Ulverstone, and her passion for the township is widely recognised. She is well known for her charitable work, which has earned her a strong reputation not only within the local community but also throughout the surrounding areas.
In 2013, Andrea, together with her partner David Cousins, purchased the franchise of Elders Real Estate Ulverstone. Since then, she has played an active role in the industry, contributing to both sales and property management across residential and commercial properties.
As Andrea and David moved towards retirement in 2026, they made the decision to downsize the agency. This process involved selling the Property Management division before selling the Sales Division to Andrea Dyson & Judy
Gale who transitioned the business to Coastal Property Sales Tasmania.
Andrea’s continued involvement with the new business is highly valued, as she remains dedicated to servicing clients with whom she has established ongoing relationships.
