Judy Gale has amassed over thirty years of experience in administration roles, with a strong focus on the real estate sector. Throughout her career, she has provided comprehensive support to sales personnel and management, undertaking all facets of real estate administration.

In 2017, Judy achieved her Property Representative Licence. This qualification enabled her to serve as a backup for sales staff, enhancing the efficiency and reliability of the team.

In 2026, Judy, together with Andrea Dyson, acquired the Sales Division of Elders Real Estate Ulverstone. This milestone marks the beginning of an exciting chapter for Judy & Andrea, as the business transitioned to operate under the new agency name, Coastal Property Sales Tasmania.
